The care that we offer is tailored to the individual needs of our residents
At Singleton Nursing Home, registered nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, along with care staff to assist.
A thorough pre-admission assessment is completed by a suitably trained professional to ensure that we are able to meet the resident's needs, before we offer a place. We also work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that all medical needs can be met. Ensuring that we are the right choice for the individual's care is our utmost priority.
Our dedicated philosophy:
Privacy - All clients will be left alone and undisturbed whenever they wish
Dignity - Treating clients with respect
Independence - Allowing clients to take calculated risks, make their own decisions and think and act for themselves
Choice - Giving clients the opportunity to select, for themselves, from a range of alternative options
Rights - Keeping all basic human rights available
Fulfilment - Enabling clients to realise their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living
Quality Standards Assured
Care homes are regulated by an independent body - the 'Care Quality Commission' (CQC).
CQC inspects all registered care homes and completes an in-depth report on the home.
In addition, we have our own system of quality assurance which means that the care we provide is constantly monitored, that staff are supervised and that residents are consulted on a regular basis about the service we offer them.
